What is The Singaporean Dream: The New Normal

The Singaporean Dream: The New Normal is a special edition of the popular local card game, The Singaporean Dream.  This edition was created in 2020 and features some of the most iconic moments we lived through, from Circuit Breakers, to the General Elections, PMD bans and more!
 

How is this different from the previous versions of the game?

• NEW Personality Card: Safe Distancing Officer

• NEW Dream Cards: Find a vaccine, Travel ban lifted, Gatherings above 5

• NEW Action Cards featuring the most iconic moments of 2020: Circuit Breaker, #GE2020, and more

• NEW Collaborative gameplay so you can team up with other players to win!

 

Is this compatible with the previous versions of the game?

The Singaporean Dream by SGAG: NO
This is a standalone edition of the game.

The Singaporean Dream by SGAG Expansion Pack: YES
However, there are minor changes to the Personality cards. Instead of having a Special Power, all Personalities start with different cards on hand and table.

What happens to the Personality Cards in the Expansion pack then?

If you are playing with the Expansion Pack and you have a group larger than 6 - please follow safe distancing guidelines ;)

 

The cards on hand for the respective Personalities are below:

 

• Air Stewardess – Start with 200K in bank and 6 cards on hand

• Insurance agent – Start with 300K in bank and 5 cards on hand

• Hawker – Start with “Bubble Tea” card and 5 cards on hand

Please also remove the "Lose Elections" and "Fake IC" action card from the Expansion Pack.
